Custom Lunch Totes with Your Logo

Lunch-sized totes carry one meal and a drink: insulated, compact, usually with a zip or hook-and-loop closure and a carry handle rather than a shoulder strap. This tag collects the single-meal formats across every material, from non-woven lunch bags to premium insulated totes.

The size this actually means

A lunch tote runs roughly 8" to 10" in each dimension: enough for a container, a piece of fruit, a snack and a drink. Some styles take a slim bottle upright, others do not, and that is the spec most people care about once they start using the bag. If an upright bottle matters, check the internal height rather than the external.

Liner and closure

Foil and PEVA liners both work at this size, and the closure matters more than the liner does. A zip seals better than hook and loop and holds temperature longer. Hook and loop is faster one-handed and more forgiving of overfilling. Heat-sealed liners resist leaks from a container that opens in transit; sewn liners do not.

What it will and will not do

With an ice pack, a lunch tote holds food safely from morning to lunch. Without one, a few hours at room temperature is the realistic limit, and that is below the food safety window for perishables on a hot day. If you are giving these to a field team or an outdoor workforce, include an ice pack in the program or say so in the accompanying note. It costs a little more and it is the responsible version of this gift.
