Where the cost comes out
An economy bag is cheaper because of specific choices, and knowing which ones lets you judge whether they matter for your campaign. Thinner fabric. Die-cut handles punched through the body rather than sewn webbing. Heat-sealed seams instead of stitched. No reinforcement at the base or the handle root. Fewer stock colors. What the choices cost you
Die-cut handles tear at the corners under load and heat-sealed seams peel. A budget non-woven tote is a fine single-event handout and a poor reusable shopping bag. If your message is sustainability through reuse, the cheapest bag undermines the message, because it gets thrown away after two uses. Where budget is the right call
