Promotional Tote Bags
A tote bag is the rare promotional product people actually keep. It gets carried to the grocery store, the beach, the office and the gym, and every one of those trips is another impression for the logo on it. This is the full catalog, sorted by material and by job, with decorated pricing on every product page.
Most decorated totes start from around 100 pieces, and stock styles go into production in 5–10 business days after you approve the free proof. Rush production is available on many items in this range.

Branded totes from names people know
A recognized brand on the bag does part of the gifting work. These lines carry your logo alongside theirs.
How to choose a promotional tote
Start with how long the bag has to live
This decides everything else. A bag handed out once at a registration desk and thrown away that evening should be an economy non-woven tote, and paying more for it is waste. A bag meant to be carried for years should be cotton canvas or a structured polyester style, and buying the cheap one instead means your logo goes in the trash after two uses. Most disappointing tote orders come from buying a single-event bag for a long-term job.
Then pick the material
Cotton and canvas read as natural and take a large screen print cleanly. Non-woven polypropylene is the price leader and the realistic choice above a few thousand units. Polyester resists water and does not shrink. Jute has the most texture and the weakest print detail. Paper is for presentation, not for weight. Each category page explains the trade-offs for that material.
Check the gusset, not the width
A flat tote holds paper. A gusseted tote holds groceries. The gusset is the side and bottom panel that gives the bag its box shape, and it is the spec that decides what actually fits. Under 4" is a flat handout; 7" to 10" takes a full grocery shop. A wide bag with a shallow gusset is a wide flat bag that will sag.
Decide whether it has to close
An open tote is a carrying bag. A zip turns it into something you can set down, sling over a shoulder or put in an overhead locker. For laptops, documents and anything valuable, the closure is the feature. Drawstring and hook-and-loop are cheaper and never jam, but neither seals.
Match the decoration to the artwork
Screen printing charges per color and is cheapest at volume, but it cannot do gradients or photographs. Full-color printing has no per-color charge, so somewhere around three or four colors it becomes the cheaper option as well as the better one. Embroidery is the premium finish on canvas and business totes, and a poor idea on thin cotton or on an insulated bag where the needle can reach the liner. Send us the artwork and we will tell you which way the math falls.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the minimum order for promotional tote bags?
- It is set per product by the supplier and shown in the price table on every product page. Across this catalog the typical first price break is 100 pieces. Corporate account clients order any quantity; new non-corporate orders start at $1,000.
- How long does it take to get custom tote bags?
- Stock styles go into production in 5–10 business days after you approve the proof, plus transit. Rush production is available on many items in this range. Overseas direct production takes several weeks longer and lowers the unit cost on quantities in the thousands.
- Do I get to see my logo on the bag before you print?
- Yes. Every order gets a free digital mockup at the actual imprint size on the actual bag, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.
- Can I order tote bags blank, without a logo?
- Yes. Any product can be ordered blank, at the same minimum as the decorated version.
- Can I buy just one or a few tote bags?
- No. We sell to businesses and organizations in bulk, decorated with their logo. For a single bag, a retail store is the better route.
